Court-Martial Intended (By Telegraph.—Frees AsfiU. —Copyright.) WASHINGTON, March 5. The War and Navy Departments have ordered that Admiral Husband Kimmel and Lieutenant-General "Walter Short shall be court-martiafled for dereliction of duty arising out of the I’carl Harbour disaster. The trial, however, will be held in abeyance till ‘‘public interest and safety permits.”
