Commanders Appointed
(Received November 16, 7.30 p.m.) BANGKOK, November 15.
The King has appointed Dr. Songgram supreme commander of Thailand’s armed forces and LieutenantGeneral Luang Phrom Yodhi second in command. The official Bangkok radio warned the nation that fifth columnists were already active throughout the country inciting people against the Government.
