ARRIVAL AT BAKU
Plane Carrying Litvinov And Monckton
(Received November 16, 7.10 p.m.) LONDON, November 15. It is officially stated that the aeroplane carrying the new Soviet Ambassador to America, M. Litvinov; the American Ambassador to Moscow, Mr Steinhardt; and the Deputy DirectorGeneral of the British Ministry of Information, Sir Walter Monckton, and others arrived safely at the Caucasian oil port of Baku on Thursday. The party is en route to Teheran.
