Mr. McGovern Going To Ireland (Received November 14, 7 p.m.) LONDON, November 13. After receiving a letter from (be Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Home Office, Mr. Peake, the Independent Labour member of the Bouse of Commons, Mr. McGovern, stated that he expected to go to Ire : land within the next fortnight. “I am glad the Home Office is withdrawing its ban,” lie added. Earlier this week the Home Secretary, Mr. Morrison, suited he bad not changed his earlier decision not to pelmit Mr. McGovern to travel to Ireland.
