WAR GUILT CHARGES
Decisions Given By Petain
LONDON, October 16.
Vichy reports that Marshal Petain has given the following decisions regarding French politicians held on charges in connexion with war guilt: General Gamelin, and MM. Daladier, Reynaud, Blum, and Mandel are to remain under detention at Fort lourtalet, in the Pyrenees, pending the Riom trial; M. la Chambre is to remain in prison at Bourrassol and bold himself at the disposition ot the Court. . .. Ar No action is being taken agains. M. Cot, who is in the United States. The occupation authorities in 1 aris arrested Professor Emile Borel, former French Navy Minister. No reason was given.
