British General’s Mission (British Officlnl Wireless) (Received October 5, 8 p.m.) RUGBY. October 1. General Sir Robert Homing. Intendant General in the .Middle East, recently visited Syria and the Lebanon to study personally the civil, military and supply problems of these' countries. He collaborated closely with Major-General Spears, head of the British Mission to Syria, mid conferred with General Catronx. with whom he reached complete agreement on measures to be taken, lie lias now returned to Cairo.
