BAR TO D.F.C. AWARDED
N.Z. Wing Commander LONDON, October 1. Wing Commander P. G. Jameson, of Wellington, has been awarded a bar to his D.F.C. ' The citation says: “Wing Commander Jameson set a high standard in the performance of his duties. He is a fine leader whose unsparing efforts have contributed to the excellent fighting spirit of his fellow pilots. He has destroyed six enemy planes, including one at night, and has damaged two others. His bearing in the face of the enemy has been of the highest order.”
