RIO DE JANEIRO, September 9.
After his expulsion from the United States to Berlin, Herr Fritz Wiedemann arrived here by air. He said he was on a special mission to South America. He intends to fly to Buenos Aires.
Berlin previously announced that Wiedemann was to become consul-gen-eral at Tientsin.
