GREYTOWN W.D.F.U.

Mrs. R. Beu presided over the July meeting of the Greytqwn Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union. It was decided to arrange a cooking demonstration, and it was agreed to try and procure wool to enable each local soldier to receive a gift of a knitted article.

Mrs. Beu gave an interesting resume of the recent Dominion conference. Several members volunteered to do knitting for the men of the mercantile Marine. The hostesses were Mesdames Dyson, O’Neale, S. Skeet and Hutchings.
