JAIL FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

After colliding with a stationary taxi on Saturday night, George Washington Brown, aged 56, this morning admitted a charge of driving while in a state of intoxication. He was sentenced to seven days’ imprisonment. It was his second offence.
