BALDWIN.—On July 28. 1941, at hie residence, 135 Lake Road, Takapuna South, Auckland, and formerly of Loughborough, England, and Wellington, Ernest Smith, beloved husband of Margaret Annie Baldwin, aud beloved father of Patrick, Thyra and Jasper; aged 82.
FODEN.—On-Monday, May 10, 1941, John Foden, at 9 King's Avenue, Woodford Green, Essex (and of 12a Finsbury Square, E.C.2), beloved husband of Elsie Foden. Funeral took place All Saints’ Church. Woodford Green, May 23, afterward City of London Crematorium. Ilford.
JOHNSON.—On July 28, 1941, at his residence, 2 Shirley Street, Karori, Henry William, dearly loved husband of Catherine Gray Johnson. No flowers by request.
SEALY.—On July 27, 1941, at the Public Hospital, Greytown, Edwin Sealy, late of Martiuborough; aged 77 years. At rest.
