INVALIDED FROM FIJI

N.Z.E.F. Party Returns

AUCKLAND. July 27.

After service in Fiji, a small New Zealand Expeditionary Force party has been invalided back to the Dominion.

Three were admitted to the military wing of the Auckland Hospital. They were Second-Lieutenant J. Stevensou (Invercargill), Temporary Corporal A. M. Trass (Invercargill) and Private A. D. B. Robertson (Invercargill). The others invalided home were Temporary Lance-Corporal I. E. Dunn (Omaha). Driver A. K. Howarth (Birkenhead). Privates F. E. Mitchell (Nortbeote), G. D. Newman (North Canterlmry), E. G. Page (Dunedin). A. R. Stairmand (Napier) and E. B. Sutherland (Port Chalmers).

Captain H. A. C. G. Fitzgerald (Dunedin), Private H. G. Eastwood (Grey Lynn) and Gunner R. A. Jaggard (Palmerston North) have returned to New Zealand for other purposes.
