Said To Be All Powerful (Received July 27, 11.30 p.m.) , LONDON, July 27.
The Lisbon correspondent of the “Daily Mail” says that a German-born naturalized American who was recently in Germany 'stated that the head of the Gestapo, Herr Himmler, has replaced Reichsmarshal Goering as Herr Hitler’s successor and number 2 Nazi. Herr Himmler is now all powerful and has started war against his enemies. Goering has agreed to work with him.
