A net profit ot' i’62,000 was earned by ilie Martha Gold Mining Company (Waihi), Ltd., in 1010, according to details received by cablegram from London by the New Zealand director and attorney, Mr. .1. H. G. Hanks. A final dividend nt lid. s'lerline a share, making 25 per coni. ( unchanged I for the year, is recommended. The net: profit is only £5O less than that earned a year ago.. Dividend rcqiiirenii'iils absorb £61,950, leaving £s96's io be carried forward, against £s7*ii brought in. taxation, wdiich ineludes income tax in London ami New Zealand, shows an increase of £13,855. Production figures showed that 191,359 tons were crushed for 50,014 ounces of gold and 412,433 ounces of silver, against 196,7-15 tons crushed in 1039 ’for 49,980 ounces of gold and 354.596 ounces of silver.
