RUBBER CONTROL

Lieut.-Colonel Sir Walrond Sinclair has been appointed Rubber Controller . The "Evening News” says that the announcement came as a shock to tlie market and that dealers are still in the dark concerning details. ■
[Sir Walrond Sinclair is chairman and managing director of lhe British Tyre and Rubber, Company, Ltd., and was at one time Controller of Registration in the Ministry of National Service.]
