Northern Roller Mills Dividend The Northern Roller Milling Company has advised the Stock Exchange Association that transfer books will be closed from May 8 to 22, both days inclusive. A dividend on ordinary shares of 5 per cent, per annum for the full year ended February 28 will be recommended at the annuai meeting provisionally arranged for May 22.
