SEASON’S WINNERS

The AVelliugton Homing Pigeon Society concluded its season’s racing with a dock race from Taumaruuui, 170 miles airline, 47 pigeons being liberated by the stationmaster in fine weather. The first right placings were:—'P. Cataldo s Master Kerang 981.4 yards a minutes; J. Bock a Regular Spark, 980.6yd5.; T. Baxters Silver Bullet, 977.2yd5., T. Hayes Kings Messenger, 971yds.; F. Blairs Blue Jacket, 964yd5.; C. Haines’ Red Boa, S99yde.; F. Coupcr's Misty, 868.9yd5., J. Webster's Little Robin, 740.8yd5. The winner receives a trophy given by B. Wild, Hataitai.
