VICTORY PARADE IN THAI CAPITAL
Frontier Troops Cheered
(Received April 28, 9.15 p.m.) BANGKOK, April 27. The Premier, Mr. Puang Bipul, reviewed 30,090 men of the armed forces in a three-bour victory parade which included 100 warplanes roaring overhead. Thousands of spectators crowded the streets and cheered the troops who had returned from the front.
