NATIONAL PARTY WOMEN IN PALMERSTON NORTH
At the annual meeting of the Palmerston North branch of the National Party (women’s section), the following officers were elected: —President, Mrs. IV. F. Field (re-elected) ; vice-pres,-dents, Mesdames A. Fitz Herbert, N. Blackmore, J. H. Whyte, J. T. Bosworth, F. J. Nathan, J. A. Nash. Misses C. Warburton, T. Hewitt. Last year's committee was re-elected en bloc as follows Mesdames Bale, Burns, Black, Briden Jones, Cummerfleld, Davis, Driver, Gaisford, Grimshaw, Gillott, Hayward, Hartug. Mills, Malcolm, Tapp, J. Edwards, 11. Seifert, Davidson, Rawcliffe, Misses de Roles, Murray and E. Warren, and the following were added Mesdames Boon, Wilson, Everiss, J. R. Muddleton, IT. Collinson. L. Seifert. K. Clayton, Shann, Misses Z. Morton, E. Owtram and Irwin: hon. secretary, Mrs. J. H. Whyte: treasurer, Mrs. Gillott.
