American Wheat (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, March 27. The Department of Agriculture announced today that the domestic wheat supply for 1941-42 was expected to total 1,2(59.000,000 bushels. The quantity available for export is estimated nt 525.000.000 bushels. Prospects at present do not greatly differ front those of 1940. Much depends upon developments in Canada, where the new Government programme calls for a large reduction in this year’s crop. Wheat prices in the United States are expected to continue to average relatively high levels compared with prices in other surplusproducing countries, as long as the Government loan and export subsidy programmes are continued.
