Characters in "Busman's Honeymoon"
r pHERE are some delightful characters of the rural type in “Busman’s Honeymoon” which the Wellington Repertory Theatre will present under Mr. IV. S. Wauchop's direction. A chimney sweep, a country charwoman, u young constable, an enormous spinster of uncertain age and iter hoy friend, the local vicar and the police superintendent all play important and amusing parts in contrast with the more polished Lord Peter Wimsey, his wife Harriet, and the -übiquitous Bunter. Dorothy Sayers specializes in such characters and extracts every ounce of fun from them in 'addition to providing several moments of tense excitement.
