The postal plebiscite ballot for the election of officers of the AVellington, Nelson and AVestland Local Bodies’, Other Labourers, and Related Trades Union has been concluded. The returning officer. Air. J. H. Collins, reports as follows :—

President: Arthurs, J., 756; O’Grady, M. J., 330; Patterson, A. J., 192. Informal, S. Mr. Arthurs was elected presiden t. Vice-president: Wright, P. E., 881; Kydd, J. S., 390. Informal, 6. Mr. Wright was elected vice-president. (The election of president and vice-president was subject to the election of the entire membership in the Wellington. Nelson, and Westland districts.)
