Farewell Performance j The J. (.'. Williamson Gilbert and Sullivan Opera Company concluded its Wellington season at the Opera House last night with a performance of "11.M.5. I’ir.nfore." All the principals were in capital form, and the opera went with a 1 delightful swing from opening chorus io Until curiain. A large audience gave Ihe popular company a rousing send-off. Ihe curtain having to be raised several limes before the enthusiasm of patrons subsided. Among tin* audience were the .Movie Queen, the Mnmmerce Queen and the Transport Queen in the Victory Qneim Carnival, who occupied separate boxes. After the final act came the auctioning of a flag bv Mr. Ivan Menzies. This Trough' six guineas ofr the patriotic funds.
