Supplies For Unoccupied France (By TMegrnnh I’rest. a'sn.—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, March 1. The Red Cross Society has announced that it has chartered a steamer to carry a 1,250,000-dollar cargo of food, clothing, and medicine to unoccupied France. This is the second shin nermitted to pass the blockade.
