Major R. Q. F. Johnston Believed Prisoner Of War

Private advice has been received in Wellington that Major Robin Quentin Featherston Johnston, who was second in command of a battalion of the Durham Light Infantry, has been reported missing and is believed to be a prisoner of war.

Major Johnston is a son of Mr. Justice and Mrs. Johnston. He was educated at Wanganui Collegiate School, and after finishing his course there — shortly after the last war—he went to the Royal Artillery College at Sandhurst.
