WASHINGTON, February 20.

The chairman of the committee investigating un-American activities. Mr. Martin Dies, announced that he possesses several boxes of documentary evidence proving that Russia is a front for economic and political manoeuvres by the Axis. Mr. Dies said several embassies and ambassadors were implicated in the anti-democratic plot. He said one ambassador had violated United States law and said that Germany had sent agents tp establish military organizations.
