The provision of regular cinema music hall and theatre entertainment on Sundays where the needs of the lighting services and industrial workers warrant it is expected as the result of consideration given this question by tl;o Home Secretary. Mi. Morrison, who slated in the House of Commons Hint it was proposed that tin- defence regulations authorizing Sunday opening of cinemas where large numbers of troops are concentrated should be amended to cover the needs of industrial workers. Discretion would similarly be exercised regarding the opening of theatres and music halls. The House would leave tin opportunity to debate the regulation.
