Card For Today HORSES IN FORM (By The Watcheb.) Sntinfaetory fields are carded for the opening of the Woodville District Jockey Club’s autumn meeting today, the second day being on Monday. Th u Woodville track is in excellent order and will provide perfect going, while betting will be win and place. The principal events today are the Woodville Cup and the Ruahino Handicap. Wellington patrons today can reaen the course in ample time for the first race by raildar leaving M eliington at 7 a.in., returning after the races.
