Complaint In Hawke’s Bay

Dominion Special service. HASTINGS, February 21. Criticism of what were called raffertv rules” in the delivery of manures was' voiced at the monthly meeting ot the Hawke's Bay provincial executive of the Farmers' Union, which decide, that the head office of the union be asked to inquire into ike manure position in New Zealand with particular reference to Hawke's Ray receiving its fair quota Mr E S. A number of orders for December had not yet been fulfilled, and he thought there were other provinces receiving more than Hawke’s Bay.
