Netherlands Government In London LONDON, February IS. Despite his obligations to his Axis partner, the Japanese Wee-Minister for Foreign Affairs told the Diet today that Japan is now negotiating with the exiled Netherlands Government in London. The negotiations relate to trade with the Netherlands East Indies, and the Wee-Minister explained that the position of the Netherlands Government in London was without precedent, lint it was recognized as the authority responsible for the administration of the Netherlands East Indies.
