A message from Miami (Florida, U.S.A.) states that the Federal authorities have arrested Arden D. Phillips and charged Him with sending a threatening letter to President Roosevelt. He was released on bail of 1000 dollars.
The text of a Bill to make temporary provision to enable members of Parliament required in the public interest to be employed for war purposes in Crown offices to do so without being disqualified from membership of the House of Commons was issued on Tuesday.
