Estates of a value of £4 < 9,9.8 b were accepted for administration by lite Public Trustee during January, 1911. The total value of the estales ami funds under administration by the Public Trustee on Marell 31, 1910, was £02,022,1i5, ami the new business for the ten mouths ended January 31 was £5.737,30,>. Grants of administration made by tne Court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 133 for the mouth. During the month 60-1 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe custody, and 325 existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by testators. The total number of. wills now held in the Public Trust Oilice on behalf of living persons is 103,5u3.
