LIBRARY ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE

DUNEDIN, February 19. Die thirteenth annual conference of the New Zealand Library Association opened this morning when the delegates were accorded a civic welcome by the mayor, Mr. A. 11. Alien. The presidential address was given by Dr. G, H. Scholefield, Wellington.
