MURDER CHARGE
Further Remand Granted
Leonard Neiling. labourer .-11111 brush maker, aged 29. charged will, tin? murder of Mrs, Marjory Livingston Horton in Wellington on January 8, appeared on remand in the Magistrates' Court. Wellington, yesterday. He was furtlier remanded to February 2G. Mr. T. P. McCarthy, counsel for accused, said lie understood that on litis date a fixture for the hearing of the ease would be applied for.
