WASHINGTON, February 14
The actual exports by the United States of war materials for last December and for the whole of last year were (figures for full year in parentheses) :—
Japan did not receive war materials under export licence for (lie whole of the year.
The Washington State Department announces that the December licences for armament, export to the Dutch East indies totalled 4,902,000 dollars, mostly for warplanes. 'Phe December licences for the Straits .Settlements were It),000.000 dollars, also mostly for planes.
