CHILD ACCIDENTALLY HANGED
(By 'Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, February 14. Ralph William Lowe, aged four, son of Mr. and Mrs. AV. IL Lowe, Bann Street, Bluff, was accidentally hanged this evening. The child was swinging on a single-rope swing having a cross stick at the bottom. Tlte rope was frayed, and it is thought that he placed his' head between tho strands of tho r<qxv and slipped from tho stick.
