Of particular in.cresi are I'urliss Tomahawk .singleseater fighters which are reported to be a most useful acquisition to the lt.A.F.'s lighter strength. One Tomahawk had a sham but realistic ten minutes' dogfight with an improved type of Hurricane. The wing commander who piloted the Tomahawk said on his return that he was very pleased. li had no vices. was a manoeuvrable machine, and the rate ot elimb was excellent.
