Three Belgian Districts
LONDON, February 12.
It was announced in Berlin that the Reich has incorporated the 'districts of Eupen, Malmedy, and Morcenet, which were given to Belgium after the last war.
These districts will be represented according to the proportion of German residence. Hitler will choose the representatives.
