MURDER CHARGE

Further Remand Granted A further remand to February 19 was granted by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., when Leonard Neiling, labourer and brushmaker, aged 29, appeared before him in the Magistrates' Court. Wellington, yesterday, charged with the murder of Marjory Livingston Horton. Mrs. Horton died in Hie Wellington Public Hospital three days after being found unconscious on the beach at Point Jerningham on the morning of January 10.

Neiling was subsequently arrested at Auckland and charged with a breach of probation, and later with the murder of Mrs. Horton.
