When William Cooper, aged 13, was admitted to hospital after falling from a bicycle lie complained of having injured liis shoulder, ami also of a slight headache. There seemed little the matter with the boy and he was taken home. Becoming worse lie was readmitted to hospital, where lie (lied an hour later.
