BIG AIR ATTACK ON GERMANY
Industrial Targets For Royal Air Force
LONDON, February 11
An Air Ministry communique says that Royal Air Force bombers last night launched heavy attacks on industrial and other targets in northwest Germany. Hanover was the main objective. Four Royal Air Force machines are missing from these operations.
Considerable R.A.F. activity seems to be indicated by the fact that the main German radio stations were off the air from 8 o’clock last night and were still silent at an early hour this morning. This is one of the longest, periods during which rhe German radio has been silent.
