ROTARY ADDRESS
Salvation Army Officer , Tlie eldef secretary of Hie Salvation Army in New Zealand. Lieutemiut-Col-onel’w. A. Ebbs, entertained members of the Wellington Rotary Club yesterday with his impressions of his own reactions to Rotary in America. Tlie principles for which Rotary stood were not so very different from those of the Salvation Army, he said. Hi- suggested that Rotarians might, in their eagerness to serve humanity, aspire to tlie "S.S." of tlie Army, but for the fact that one had to lie saved before he could join tlie Army. Tills he did not think would lie at all to the disadvantage of Rotarians
