AIR CRASH INQUEST
Strictly Formal Lines
DEATHS OF FOUR MEN

BLENHEIM. February 5.
The inquest into the two air crashes which occurred on January 21 in which four trainees at the Woodbourne Flying Training School were killed followed strictly formal lines. The victims of the accidents were Leading Aircraftmen A. V. M. Gilmour, aged 22, Epsom. Auckland: G. W. Sttisted, aged 23. Wellington; W. F. Reader, aged 22. Island Bay, Wellington ; and it. A. Llewellyn, aged 21, Ruawai. Auckland. 'They were the pilots and co-pilots of Vickers Vincent bombers which crashed on the hills between Blenheim and Seddon. The evidence tendered was limited tc tlie testimony of Dr. H. H. North, medical officer at Woodbourne, who described the injuries and expressed the opinion that all rhe deaths were instantaneous.
The Coroner returned a verdict in accordance with the medical evidence.
