Greater Sacrifice Demanded
LONDON, February 4
"Much greater personal effort and sacrifice will be required from ail classes in Britain before victory can be won,” declared the Under-Secretary for Air, Mr. Balfour, in a speech. "Some people,” he said, "are drawing more money than in peacetime. A section of the people lias scarcely felt the war. These people will have to give up more and the rich will have to do with much less.”
