Dr Mcllroy graduated at the Victoria University College, 'Wellington, and the Birmingham University. He has been engaged in agricultural research at the Rnakura Animal Research Station since his return from England in 1938. Mr E. H. Benseman, Nelson, has taken up his duties as assistant man.t.,er of tlie milk department of the Wellington City Corporation. Mr. Benseman, who was selected from 45 candidates, was eight, years with the Golden Bav Dairy Company, five years with the Riwaka Dairy Company, and for the last 10 years has been manager the Waimea Dairy Companj.
