GOING TO TOKIO
Thai Peace Mission (Received February 4, 10.40 p.m.) BANGKOK. February 4. It is officially stated that a peace mission is going to Tol.io aboard two Japanese planes on Tuesday. Instructions were given to the mission during a special session of the Council of Ministers. A message from Saigon says the Japanese military mission has cancelled its departure for Hanoi aud lias decided to remain indefinitely in order to supervise the situation on the border regions of Thailand and French Indo-China.
