An expert investigation into the best method of drying foodstuffs for export lias been ordered by the Federal Government. Particular .attention is to be devoted to eggs and milk. The Assistant Minister of Commerce, Mr. Hubert Anthony, announced that a Brisbane engineer, Mr. lan Stewart, has been commissioned to make the investigation. He will open a conference here with representatives of the industries on Wednesday.
