Trustees, Executors Company The Trustees, Executors Agency Co Ltd, has advised the Stock Exchange Association that the Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend for the half-year ended December 31, at the rate of 8 per cent, per annum, payable on I’eliruary 6, in connexion with which the transfer’ hooks of the company will be closed from January 23 to February 6. Kelburne Tram Dividend The Kelburne and Karori Tramway Co. Ltd. has advised the Stock Exchange Association that the annual general meeting will be held on February 25. when the shareholders will be recommended to declare a final dividend of 2J per cent, on both preference and ordinary share*, less social security and national security tax in each case. If approved the dividend will be payable immediately after the meeting. The transfer books are not closing. Dominion Investment Dividend The Dominion Investment and Banking Association Ltd. has advised the Stock Exchange Association that the directors hare declared an interim dividend for thsix months ended December 31 at the rate of 5 per cent, per annum, payable on February 20. ~ , Transfer books will be closed from r ebyuary 13 to 19, both days inclusive.
