BRAZIL ACCUSED
Use Of Italian Ships LONDON, December 27. Brazil is accused by the German radio today of using Italian ships which have been laid up in Brazilian ports since Italy entered the war. According to the German radio, an Italian steamer has called at a port in northern Brazil with a cargo of coal escorted by a Brazilian minesweeper.
A few days ago a German Foreign Office spokesman declared that the seizure by the United States of Axis shipping laid up in American harbours would be a warlike act.
