FUNERAL OF MANCHESTER AIR VICTIMS
(Received December 29. 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 28. Manchester accorded a civic funeral to 72 victims of a recent air raid. The Bishop of Manchester and the Roman Catholic Bishop of Salford conducted services. The coflins were draped with Union Jacks, Buglers sounded tlie “Last Post.”
